We have invested in an extensive capacity of CNC turning machines over the years, including Mazak, Doosan and Haas CNC turning lathes with multi spindle capabilities. Accompanied by our conventional CNC turning machines, we provide our customers with a fast turn around manufacturing service to meet exact demands. We can manufacture CNC turned parts in the following materials; stainless steel, carbon steel, special alloys, aluminium, brass, plastics, inconel, duplex, super duplex and hastelloy.
Utilising the latest Solidworks CAD/CAM technology and in-house CMM, each part manufactured at Wilsons undergoes a rigorous quality control process form start to finish. We hold the latest ISO9001 and AS9100 accreditations, ensuring quality is at the forefront of everything we do.
