CNC Mill programmer
Essential knowledge of Solidworks and Solidcam programming including 5 axis strategies. Familiarity with Fanuc machine controls would be of benefit. The ability to work in an office team environment involved in the planning and preparation of manufacture including tool management and procurement and manufacture estimating. Experience of planning fixtures and machining castings essential. Knowledge of Fusion 360 would also be advantageous.
CNC Lathe and CNC Mill setter/Operator/Programmer
A very capable CNC machinist including multi axis machining experience with FANUC knowledge. Programming experience vital, but can be supported with training to achieve programmer status. Mazak experience would also be an advantage as some jobs are suited to on machine programming directly as part of manufacture.
